FEATURE SPOT PRESENTS AT THE 100 CLUB.

We’ve featured huge, award winning stars of the stage and screen on our mixed bill nights ‘Feature Spot Presents’, including Russell Howard and  Stephen Merchant, alongside some of the biggest rising talents of the moment, like Mark Watson and Rufus Hound. Stand-up legend Stewart Lee has made an appearance, and comedy royalty Adam Buxton is a hugely popular Feature Spot regular.

We combine these names with extraordinarily talented up-and-comers and the most accomplished MCs on the circuit in the shape of  Jonny Sweet, Carl Donnelly, Mike Wozniak, Tom Basden, Colin Hoult and Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Tim Key, alongside genre-defying acts including Paul Foot, character comedian Brian Gittins and anti-comedian Edward Aczel.

AWARD-WINNING PRODUCTION AT EDINBURGH COMEDY FESTIVAL, IN LONDON, THE UK AND BEYOND.
We produce at an extremely high standard of performer at Edinburgh Festival each year, handling all aspects of production, press and PR. This year we produced Humphrey Ker Is Dymock Watson: Nazi Smasher!, the highly anticipated debut solo show from Humphrey Ker, one third of The Penny Dreadfuls and the star of BBC2′s Fast and Loose. The show was a huge hit, selling out its run (including extra shows), achieving rave reviews across the board and winning the Fosters Edinburgh Comedy (formerly Perrier) Award for Best Newcomer. In addition to the festival we develop shows and produce runs in London, including at the highly respected Soho Theatre, as well as tours nationwide. We’re also reviving an extremely exciting, highly acclaimed show in 2012 in London, New York and LA.

AWARD-WINNING PRESS AND PR
As well as handling the production, press and PR for Feature Spot’s award-winning Humphrey Ker Is..Dymock Watson: Nazi Smasher!, Carrie Matthews (Feature Spot’s founder) has handled the press and PR for several award-winning shows including, as part of The Invisible Dot in 2009, Fringe First Award-winners Party, a play by Tom Basden and The Hotel directed by Mark Watson, as well as Tim Key’s The Slutcracker which won the Edinburgh Comedy Award (formerly Perrier) for Best Show.

WORKING TITLE
One of our regular nights based in London, Working Title is a brand new, brilliant fun longform improv show featuring the finest improvisers in the country: Humphrey Ker, David Reed, Laura Solon, Andrew Pugsley, Justin Edwards, Jess Ransom and David Armand. More info here.

BUG HOSTED BY ADAM BUXTON
The brilliant Adam Buxton hosted a sell out short run at Edinburgh Festival 2011, bringing his smash-hit BFI show to the North for the first time. The show caught the eye of The Sydney Comedy Festival who invited Adam to go to Sydney to perform it in 2012.

HUMPHREY KER IS…DYMOCK WATSON: NAZI SMASHER!
Humphrey’s astonishing debut solo show won him 5 star reviews, sell-out shows and the Fosters Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Newcomer at Edinburgh festival 2011. In 2012 he is performing a run in the main house at London’s acclaimed Soho Theatre as well as shows at UCB in LA.

AN EVENING WITH HIS ROYAL HIPNESS LORD BUCKLEY
2012 sees the return of the multi-award winning, astonishing spectacle that is An Evening With His Royal Hipness Lord Buckley, written by and starring the award-winning Jake Broder, directed by the award-winning Phillip Breen, the show will enjoy runs in Los Angeles, New York, and London.
